二 | “统一的评价体系能够系统性提升全产业链的质量管控水平与产品一致性，降低主机厂的芯片选型与验证成本，加速国产芯片的渗透节奏，以规模化应用带动产业整体体量增长。同时，标准为芯片设计、认证测试、整车制造等全链条企业提供了统一的行业语言，能够大幅减少跨主体的沟通成本与适配成本，加速技术、产品、资源的高效流转。”黑芝麻智能相关负责人说。

三 | 相关标准的落地也有助于中国智能网联汽车走向全球。有专家提出，在新兴领域的率先探索，有助于确立中国在相关技术领域的国际话语权。以智能网联汽车为例，随着智能驾驶的大规模推广，中国在该领域具备领先优势，相关标准若制定完善，将对国际产生影响力并实现接轨。此外，在RISC-V和Chiplet等技术领域，全球均处于起步阶段，基本处于同一起跑线。若能围绕这些新技术形成全球范围广泛接受的标准，将对行业产生重大影响。在标准落地方面，市场监管总局（国家认监委）表示，将推动标准尽快落地实施，强化标准在市场监管中的应用，为巩固我国新能源汽车产业全球领先优势，建设制造强国、质量强国提供坚实支撑。（记者王文博袁小康）。
